It’s not every day you get to take a peek behind the scenes of hat making. But Sorensen-Grundy Milliners have allowed us to do just that with their recent ‘Construction Overhead‘ project. Using 1:87 scale track maintenance workers and doll’s house floor boards for the scaffolding, milliners Dan Sorensen and Sara Grundy have created this beautifully imaginative piece that suggests a little of the magic that goes into hat making. We love it.
